Camping At Beyond The Woods

Camping at Beyond The Woods is free for all weekend ticket holders; but if you fancy treating yourself to something extra special, we’ve got options to suit all budgets.

The Glamping Hideaway

Includes Access To Showers

Nestled away in the most picturesque part of the Beyond The Woods site, our Glamping Hideaway is the height of festival luxury.

You’ll be able to enjoy the stunning surroundings from the comfort of your fully-furnished bell tent, which will be set up and waiting for you when you arrive.

You’ll be met on arrival by our glamping concierge team, enjoy priority parking, and your tent will be seconds’ walk from our new breakfast venue, The Safari Tent – exclusive to premium campers.

contents may differ, depending on the company supplying your tent

We’ll also give you access to some exclusive Beyond The Woods merchandise, you’ll get to join us for our invitation-only Thursday night party, and you’ll receive a (secret) free gift we know you’ll definitely want.

We’ll be releasing more information and prices when tickets for the festival go on sale this autumn. Keep your eyes peeled!

The Meadow

Includes Access To Showers

For those looking to enjoy a more comfortable pace of life at Beyond The Woods this year, The Meadow offers a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, a short walk through the trees from the festival’s stages.

You’ll have a reserved pitch (minimum 8m x 8m), so you won’t have to rush here to get the best spot, and this is the only campsite where you’ll be able to park your car next to your tent.

You’ll also enjoy access to showers, and you’ll be able to enjoy the glampers’ Safari Tent breakfasts.

We’ve also got room for campervans, caravans and trailer tents in The Meadow, so if you’re planning on bringing a live-in vehicle we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

Passes for The Meadow, including live-in-vehicle passes, will go on sale along with festival tickets in the autumn. Be warned: They always sell out.

Please note that, out of respect to our neighbours, The Meadow has a curfew of 23:00. If you’re anticipating a late night, or making a lot of noise, this campsite probably isn’t for you.

The Campsite

Set in beautiful surroundings, the campsite is mere seconds’ walk from The Clearing, and our stages. It’s the ideal spot if you want to be right at the heart of the festival.

Access to The Campsite is free for all weekend ticket holders. The Campsite does not have shower facilities, so if you’re looking for something a little more luxurious you might want to consider upgrading to The Meadow or The Glamping Hideaway.

A Word On Campervans/Caravans

Space for campervans, caravans, trailer tents and other live-in vehicles is strictly limited at Beyond The Woods. If you’re planning to camp in your vehicle it’s really important that you book your spot in The Meadow before you set off.

Unfortunately, if you arrive at the festival without having booked a pitch for your van, we are unlikely to be able to accommodate you.

We are working hard with the team at Stourton Woods to make more room available for vans, and we are hopeful of being able to introduce more vehicle camping sites from 2022 onward. In the meantime, our advice is to get in early for 2021!
