Casey Lowry Warm-Up Gig

Beyond The Woods 2019 is a matter of months away!

To get ourselves in the mood, we've decided to put on a special warm-up gig with one of the stand-out performers from last year's festival.

In 2018, we brought a whole host of exciting new names to Lincolnshire - including the likes of Fickle Friends, Boy Azooga and Flyte.

It says something that so many people came away from BTW 2018 with just one man's tunes stuck in their heads: Casey Lowry.

At the young age of 19, Casey had already been featured as Radio 1's Introducing artist of the week and sold out some of the UK's largest and most well known venues, all before releasing his first single. We're absolutely thrilled that he'll be joining us in Lincoln's Liquor on Saturday 18th May.

Last month we set a high bar when OUTLYA joined us for our Beyond The Woods club night, and we sold the place out. If that show was anything to go by, then our show with Casey this weekend is certainly not one to be missed.

Joining Casey on the bill will be two of our favourite Lincolnshire artists: Lewis Canner and Sarah Hughes.

Regular festival-goers might remember Lewis from our first ever public event, JoeFest 2017, and we're chuffed to bits that he'll be joining us again in Liquor on Saturday.

Fans of the Lincoln music scene will know Sarah Hughes as a really exciting new talent, and she'll be taking to the stage this weekend fresh from releasing her debut EP, the beautifully mellow The House With All The Stairs.

We'll also be celebrating another milestone in the lead up to this August's Beyond The Woods Festival, after early bird tickets sold out in record time at the end of last year, followed this week by our cheapest weekend tickets barely a month after going on sale.

Everything's shaping up very nicely for our biggest ever summer party, and we can't wait to get in the mood this weekend.
