Residents' Ticketing Scheme: Apply Now
Applications for our Beyond The Woods 2020 residents' ticketing scheme are now open.
If you live near to our site, Baumber's Stourton Woods, you might be eligible to apply for free tickets to this year's festival.
This page contains all the information you need to apply.
Am I Eligible?
If your residential address is within one of the following villages, you are eligible to apply:
- Great Stourton
If you don't live within one of the villages listed, but in fact live closer to the site's Clays Lane entrance, as the crow flies, you are also eligible.
If you successfully applied for free tickets to Beyond The Woods 2019, your tickets have been carried over and are valid for this year's event instead. As you already have tickets to this year's festival, you are not eligible to apply for a second time.
Please note that ID checks will be in operation on the day(s) of the festival, and we will only accept tickets from residents who can prove that they live within the qualifying area. If you're not sure whether you qualify, please do get in touch.
Ticketing Scheme Timetable
Applications for the Residents' Ticketing Scheme are now open until 23:59 on Friday 28th February 2020.
If we have more people apply than we have tickets available, we'll then allocate the available tickets by means of a random draw. This will take place shortly after the application deadline.
We'll then email you to let you know the outcome of your application before the end of March.
