Every year, we work with a great team of individuals and businesses who help us put on the festival.
If you’re interested in supplying goods or services to Beyond The Woods, you can find out more information, and apply, via this page.
Food & Entertainment Vendors
We will be inviting food & entertainment vendors to get in touch in the new year. Please check back in January for more information.
Contracts Available For Tender
We’re pleased to now be able to invite expressions of interest in supplying a number of services to next year’s festival.
We’re looking to work with reputable suppliers of a number of key goods and facilities: From fencing and marquees to radio hire and cash registers.
Please take a look at the Beyond The Woods Festival 2021 Tender Brief for more information.
Apply To Supply
If you are only applying to supply the following, we would be delighted to hear from you either by telephone or email:
Cash registers, credit card terminals, radio hire, water bowsers.
You can find our details on the cover of the tender document, above.
If you are interested in supplying other services instead or as well as the above, we’d be very pleased to hear from you via this form.
Can I apply to supply multiple services?
Yes! You can apply to supply as many of the products/services we’ve listed as you like.
How will you assess applications?
Applications will be assessed on price (60%) and response to the brief (40%), as well as whether they meet certain qualifying criteria, for example holding satisfactory levels of insurance.
Is there a deadline for applying?
There is no hard and fast deadline for applying, but we’re keen to have awarded most, if not all contracts by Christmas.
What considerations do I need to make for Coronavirus?
We are keen to hear how suppliers would respond to the challenge of Covid-19, but also recognise that this could be subject to change over the next nine months. In fact, we’d be very surprised if the measures we’re currently planning are the measures we end up using next August.
We’re looking forward to working with partners who are knowledgeable about the challenges Covid presents, and can be flexible in their response.
